I have the best weekend I’ve had in a long time last week.

The whole family went through to Livingston for the weekend as it was my little cousin, Robert’s leaving do. He’s only 19 but he’s just started this training for the army. It’s such a huge decision to make but will be a fantastic adventure and I wish him nothing but the best!

His party was great. We don’t get to spend time with that half of the family very often but my sides still hurt from all the giggling that was done! I really don’t remember the last time I’ve laughed that much!

The following morning we went to see Rakel’s 17.4 hands high horse, Will. We got to do a little bit of horse riding and I’d forgot how much I loved it! My legs didn’t half hurt the next morning though! haha.

So I am full of motivation again. It’s amazing what just a few days away from the usually places and people can make. Hopefully this positive feeling with stay with me and I’ll start shifting the weight again. This weather is terrible - it’s perfect for stodgy food  but I really am going to try! haha.

All I need is pay day to come. My bank balance currently sits at -£490. I just wish I could keep my head above water in all areas in my life! If uni, family and love life is going well the finances aren’t and vice versa! But god loves a trier, right?
